When you shop with us, every purchase is worth loyalty discount points. You will be awarded one discount point for every £1 spent (excluding delivery). Each discount point is worth 2p so for example a purchase of £100 gives you 100 loyalty discount points and this is equal to £2 to spend on the site.
Each product shows how many loyalty discount points you can earn and as you add products into your basket you will notice it displays the total loyalty discount points available if you purchase the products in the basket. These points will only be added to your account once your order has been dispatched and will only then be available for redemption against any future orders you place.

We use UPS for a guaranteed overnight delivery. Our standard delivery fee is just £6.00 across the UK for all orders under £100.00. All other orders are shipped free. Orders received before 3:30pm are shipped out on a next working-day basis for all in-stock items. Goods that need to be ordered from our suppliers will be sent once they have been received from our suppliers.
You can also choose timed deliveries for Pre-12:00pm, Pre-10:30am or Pre-9:00am. For full details please visit our delivery page.
Certain smaller items are available to be sent by Royal Mail. These are sent out using Recorded Delivery and typically arrive 1-3 working days after being sent. This lower-priority service is available from just £3.00.
If you are just looking at a set of strings, we'll send them out by 1st-class post. For this our shipping fee is just £1.00.
